Part time / interim Finance Director services to the SME sector. 

Businesses will typically have their own bookkeeper or management accountant with whom we are happy to work alongside.

The company offers two types of service:

1.  Acting as part time FD for businesses not large enough to require a full time FD, but need help with strategic financial advice.  Assignments can range anything for a day per month to longer commitments, should the need arise.
2. Acting on a consultancy basis for specific pieces work around strategic planning and funding, budgeting, acquisitions, cash flow management and assisting with external stakeholders such as the bank, auditors or shareholders.
